First and foremost, I&rsquo;m missing a pretty obvious piece, now the set is clearly incomplete and is bothering me. Secondly, the stand is very unstable and even the slightest shake knocks the Pok&eacute;dex out of it, the stand is the part that needs the most work. The back of the stand, where the extra lenticular cards are kept, should&rsquo;ve been built with two 1 x 2 x 1 panel pieces while still keeping the 1 x 4 x 1 panel piece to prevent the extra cards from falling out easily. The set was fun to build and looks nice but the overall technical quality is poor. It&rsquo;s only redeeming quality are the visuals. He immediately started putting it together, the instructions were very clear and he got it together in about twenty minutes. It comes with four face plates that you can switch out. I was skeptical they would be engaged very long being this was much smaller. To my surprise they had a blast. They loved the little details and that it looked like a video game. The light up feature and interchangeable cards are a great touch. This set is detailed and fairly complex. It has many pieces of the same color, which was less engaging than other sets for my child. Unfortunately, she lost interest about a third of the way through, so I took over, with her finishing the last third. The completed set looks great and has a stand to display it, which is very cool. The lenticular pieces with the starter Pok&eacute;mon are a neat feature and there&rsquo;s a place to keep the extras in the back of the stand.
