Before we go outside to play, this is one of the toys they are always reaching for to take with them. It’s not real big, but big enough. So it’s easy to take in the car and what not. The truck has a ladder that you can actually pull out. It’s durable and easy to roll. My girls usually play with this and another fire truck and police truck all together. I love that it offers them imaginative play because it is so important for them. We also have a 4 month old boy so we will definitely be getting good use out of this once it is passed down to him when he gets bigger.</span>

The truck drives well, but it's nothing special beyond that. No lights or sounds on this one, that can be a positive or a negative depending on your perspective. The thing I was most disappointed in was the ladder. It takes an adult to move it to an upright position, and even an adult has to use force. I'm hoping this loosens up over time. The other disappointment that I didn't expect from LittleTikes was the poor craftsmanship of this toy. There is a sizeable gap from the cab of the truck and the back and isn't even close to flush (see pictures). I know this isn't an overly expensive toy, but I would expect better than that from a company like LittleTikes. Two disappointments, nothing overly special about it, equals 3 stars.</span>

His favorite part is the door on the back of the bucket opens. This truck is well made. It is comparable in size to a softball. It doesn’t have any small parts. I am comfortable letting my 7 months old nephew play with it. My son wants all of the trucks now. We will be buying more.</span>
