Setup took me some time, but I was doing it by myself. The bungalow came with all sorts of flowers to &ldquo;grow&rdquo; and that might just be her favorite part. The structure itself is pretty sturdy although I would be mindful of the weather if you&rsquo;re expecting storms and the bungalow is placed outside. I love the little lemonade stand and how open it is! The colors are neutral and good for all children. My daughter and nephew have really enjoyed working together in the bungalow. This has provided hours of fun already! Out if all of the pretend play structures and sets that we have this one is our favorite. The amount of detail that this bungaloo has is exceptional, from the flower pots on the window seal to smaller details like including a pot holder and the realistic to turn knobs on the burners. There is even chalk and a chalk board decal to write a menu or message on. It was easy to put together as long as you follow the instructions and it came with everything you need. The door swings open very easily also. The top canopy has Velcro that ties onto the poles to keep it in place. My little one goes outside for hours to play, we brought her play food out there and she will water her flowers and pretend to make us food. It has even rained a few times and the top stays on and doesn't hold water. This was the easiest playhouse I have built. The directions were clear and the pieces were labeled right in the plastic so stickers could not be lost by accident. My son was so excited how large it was. We have a decent playroom so I decided to keep it inside to get more use out of it and to keep it out of the weather. It has a door that opens and closes as well as a tent top that can be tied back on the front and back. The extra pieces include flowers, pots, watering cans, dirt, shovel, rake, cooking items, lemonade stand items, etc. for the extra imaginative play. My only complaint about the entire product was the rake and shovel design. They do not hang on the hooks provided without sliding right off. If they were cut through and not solid, they would. Instructions were easy to follow, but the pieces did not fit together as smoothly as they should have. The part I found most difficult was putting the feet on the metal uprights: the bases of the posts are flanged inward, while the feet were flanged outward. I needed to hammer them in- and even then it took me quite a while. I also found it flimsy to rotate as I needed to while assembling. That being said, it is SO cute now that it&rsquo;s put together. There are three separate stations and my kids love playing at them all equally. I love that there is a canopy- which provides a little shade relief on our hot summer days. There are also holes in the base sections that allow staking for extra stability. The playhouse does require assembly and took me about 45 minutes to have it all ready to go. My 4 year old absolutely loves this playhouse, and really get their imagination going. We had a pretend lemonade stand sale, then planted flowers and then she made me dinner. The Bungalow comes with a bunch of accessories, I believe 25 pieces. The unit is big enough for multiple kids to enjoy and once setup it's nice and sturdy. The Bungalow has a pretend sink, pretend cooking area and a pretend serving area and all the accessories to let the fun begin.
