This was a gift for her 3rd birthday, we have had it for all of 3 months and is now unusable. I assembled it according to instructions and my daughter has loved it ever since. She uses it almost daily. But I noticed that I would have to tighten the legs regularly after use, and the other day it fell apart while she was using it. Luckily she's fine because we use it inside on a carpet. But when I looked at it I noticed that the threading on the legs have completely stripped. It is now unusable. I have contacted customer support to see if they will provide any sort of assistance. My husband did have a bit of an issue with assembly, something to do with the threads. He thought we needed to send it back, but I told him that seemed normal and was actually one of the biggest complaints. Knowing that it was made that way, he tried again. It's pretty sturdy, with some flex in the handle. I was worried about the potential of it tipping over, but so far we have had no issues with that. My son is nearly 40 lbs, and loves jumping on this thing. It's a great way to burn off some energy while were inside. The handle has become extremely loose, offering him no support as he jumps, and the cover has completely ripped, torn apart, and lost its inner padding...just from my child climbing up and down. My son was a micro preemie and is still on the small side and has low muscle tone, so he is well within weight limits and doesn't have full jumping power. He is always supervised. This product has been properly used and has been disintegrating before our eyes! It became a hazard for our son to use it quite quickly. He has no support, no padding, and the cover is a tripping/entanglement hazard. My daughter is 36 inches tall and weighs 27 pounds. She is very petite. While jumping on it and holding on it has tipped forward on her twice. Now every time she wants to use it we have to weight it so it doesn't tip. Royal pain in the butt and not a very safe product. On the flip side, if we are holding onto it she will jump and expend energy for quite a while so it's good for exercise and energy burning.
