Much to all our disappointment, when she opened it on Christmas morning it was missing the brace and all hardware. What a bummer for the kids wanting to play with new toys! There were no pre-drilled holes on the blue slide or green part to install the long rods. For the price I would have expected a better product. Daughter loves it but we had to drill about 3-4 holes on each side after finally being able to insert the rods correctly.
