I love that it is smooth and solid so now worries about water getting inside or mold building up. It also makes it easier and faster to dry and clean. We loved the led light show when the octopus was on the water, very fun! She hasn't gotten to the point where she can toss the rings at it but she does like to set them one by one on each tenticle. I like to review the colors of the rings with her and also like to use counting as she puts them on or takes them off. My daughter also likes when I toss the rings in the water so she can search for them. This toy definitely helps with hand eye coordination but also does so much more! She play with it outside of the bath throughout the day. We've played &quot;hide and go seek&quot; with the rings around the living room or family room where I hide the rings in easy spots and she likes to find and bring them to her friend (the octopus). The size is perfect for her to carry around and doesn't take up much space to store. The rings are big enough that she cannot fit the whole thing in her mouth, get stuck on her wrist or put into the vents for our heating and cooling system. However, they are slightly smaller than our drain in the bath tub so I do need to make sure they are all put away before we drain the water. Overall, I highly recommend this cute octopus ring toss to anyone with a little!
