The wheels are spinning fast in the air, but once I place this car on the floor, the wheels not spinning well so it won't drive.
Lego asked a lot of questions when I asked for help, such as what brand and which version of the phone I am using, or the brand name of the batteries I use for this car, are they all new? and how many of the batteries (!)
If it is working only with particular phone or particular brand batteries, it should be stated on the package. Huge disapointment</span>

<span itemprop="description">After completing the product we wanted to drive it, but it turns out the vehicle is too heavy for the engine. The motor and controls works, but it doesn't have enough torque to move the car. We also tried replacing all batteries with brand new Duracell batteries.

<span itemprop="description">This is a very advanced in unique product. I'm not aware of any other motorized Lego that could be controlled for the app on your phone. Building is not for the beginner or even the average Lego enthusiast. This is a difficult vehicle to build and you really need to use your three-dimensional skills and study The diagrams and pictures to build it correctly. I had one of the front wheel hubs on upside down as I didn't realize from the picture that they could be oriented with the two tabs towards the top or towards the bottom in the car was sitting on an angle, and the suspension was not working symmetrically. It took quite a while, but I finally figured it out, I have not finished the product and tried it with the app so I really can't comment on how much fun it'll be to drive and how much control you'll actually have over speed and turning in maneuvering.</span>
