Building was straight forward but I didn&rsquo;t do it as quickly as some on here. I wanted to take my time and enjoy. Don&rsquo;t see what the hurry is tbh. Took a while to get to me but that&rsquo;s because Lego was inundated with orders due to May the Fourth. Love the look of it. It is much bigger than I thought it was gonna be but that allows more detail. I am a LEGO VIP member and I waited until the very beginning of the VIP Early Access to order this set. When it arrived, I couldn't even begin building it because there were missing pieces in the very first bag. However, I thought in general this was a pretty fun build, especially how the cockpit was built- everything was a neat fit and looked really clean. My only two pieces of negative feedback are the amount of stickers that needed to be applied for a display piece like this, and the display stand itself. My only criticism are with the dimension, as the front / &quot;nose&quot; of the Landspeeder appear really elongated. In full disclosure, I admittedly am comparing this to the original Kenner &quot;Landspeeder&quot;, which - in full disclosure - happened to be the first Star Wars toy I owned (and that seemed to be more &quot;screen realistic&quot; in size than this model); moreover, given I was seven years old when &quot;A New Hope&quot; was released, the Landspeeder holds a special significance for me, especially an AFOL. All that said, I might be overly critical in my review of this model, as no LEGO model - no matter how perfect - is ever going to completely capture that wonderful feeling of experiencing Star Wars as a child. Great to display! A+++</span> <span itemprop="description">This set was so much fun to built. It is extremely detailed, even though it&rsquo;s not a very big set. The right semi-wrecked engine has so much details. You would think you&rsquo;re building an actual engine. There&rsquo;s a decent amount of repetition, because the set is symmetrical. But, there is some differences on the outside as well as the inside. I also liked that the inside had some colourful pieces that are not visible when completed. I&rsquo;ve been seeing a lot more sets like that. It makes the build more fun. This may not be the coolest Star Wars UCS set I&rsquo;ve ever built. Sadly I couldn&rsquo;t get past step 3 of bag 1 as there were pieces missing!!! Absolutely shocking for the amount of money it cost!
