All six of the minifigures in the box were different; I got the &quot;villain&quot; box, which has Strahd, Szass Tam, Tasha the Witch Queen, the Gith Warlock, the Mind Flayer and the woman in the mask whose name I cannot remember (we are only slowly making our way through mainstream DND.) All of the minifigs are excellent. Thr little details are so good. These can stand on their own or (as in my case) populate the Dunegons and Dragons: Red Dragon's Tale set. The other box variant seems to be the &quot;hero&quot; box, so I'll be looking to pick that up sometime soon to complete the set! Buy these boxes one and a time. You won't regret it!
