<span itemprop="description">Love the set but there are some issues with building it. One- the base, not strong enough. Continues to break apart when building. I need to raid my son's Lego to improve the base. Two- the black pages in the instruction book. Not helpful with dark pieces. Hard to see what you need to do. Three- where is grover?
Overall a great set just not fun to build. I'm in the process of rebuilding since it fell apart when I moved it. It's the base!</span>

<span itemprop="description">I love the little Easter eggs hidden around, like the paper clip box. I love how unlike many other sets there aren’t many repeated steps. The way different pieces are used to make objects, like the flower bed and the actual beds, are so creative and cool. It was interesting because two pieces that had pictures printed onto them were different than the ones on the box and in the instructions. The wood panel was different and the milk carton had a picture of a glass of milk instead of a cow. Doesn’t matter to me I just find that very interesting.</span>

The pages are black and some of the bricks are dark brown , black etc so was a headache to build some of it!

<span itemprop="description">I loved building this set with my 6yo son. We love Sesame Street, and this set allows for tons of “playability”, since it is made like a doll’s house.
We didn’t have any issues at all following instructions and we found them to be pretty clear, it took us a couple of hours between playing with the figurines while building it.
The only down we could highlight is that the carton of milk that goes outside Bert and Ernies window room, isn’t the one with the little cow and flower drawing like on the packaging and manual photo, but a carton with a glass half full, which is less charming. I here join a photo of our set and a photo of the packaging so to show the two different milk cartons.</span>

I have had a few sets that had the black pages which are almost impossible to read with failing eyesight. I missed seeing a dark brown piece in one step. Please get rid of the black pages!! Glossy and black about made decide I had to get a new hobby. I did the home alone one and it was a great build too!</span>

<span itemprop="description">These sets are amazing. Unfortunately, alone they don't seem to work but if you have two sets, you can make something pretty amazing which is why I ordered two.

<span itemprop="description">I enjoy most of this, the only problem is the instruction book is black!!!!!! Its just not good for my eye, so hard to see, a lot picture they have to use a white frame, then why the book is black? For a good look? Its just not practical! Other then that everything else is great.</span>
