<span itemprop="description">Excellent product. I did not have any stability issues with the tree trunk at all. It goes in nice and sturdy into the base and the trunk is sturdy as well. One thing I can think of that might of made it unstable was, maybe some forgot the white studs around the plate where trunk attaches? Again, I followed instructions and everything is extremily sturdy. Excellent building experience and the tree looks great with pink leaves. Much easier to take care of than a real bonsai tree. :) I had a couple of those and none survided for long. Hopefully, this one thrives. Definetely recommend.</span>

<span itemprop="description">This build was really fun and turned out gorgeous. I couldn't choose between the cherry blossoms (those frogs are just too cute!) And the greenery so I combined them. The platform and base of the build was really nice and has given me some ideas for other builds. But the trunk of the tree was so fragile and finicky that it kept collapsing. There's just too few points of contact in several places for the shape and the top heavy design. It made it super frustrating to build, and honestly I don't think switching out the leaves as the design intended would be possible without the whole thing coming apart. I'm happy with it, and not mad I bought it, but it's my least favorite of the botanical sets that I've built so far for this reason.</span>

As the trunk of the tree was very unstable and if I ever so slightly move it,it breaks into many prices as it’s very top heavy. But even though I may kind very negative it is a gorgeous piece.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I just finished putting together the Lego grand piano. A magnificent piece. I Liked the look of the bonsai tree and the meaning of the bonsai tree, so I bought one for myself and two for good friends.
I put mine together first and what an absolutely horrible experience. The neck of the tree is not strong enough to hold it. It kept falling apart every time I would try to add the branches then they would fall off and crumble as well as the back of the tree trunk. I. finally had to resort to something absolutely horrific in Lego world , gluing it together so that it would stay put. I immediately called my friends and told them not to even touch the box. It was going to be returned. I’m sure they’ll be even more frustrated than I was.</span>

<span itemprop="description">There are no negatives. It has a great part selection and displays amazingly. There are a lot of fun shapes and building techniques for the tree trunk. I have 3 sons and let each of them build and decorate a branch for me as well. 10/10.</span>

<span itemprop="description">My wife & I have enjoyed building most of the Botanical line, except this one.
We like the option to change leaf color, but the design is awful, weak, and shaky. Every time you touch it a part falls off. The terrible instruction manual just compounds the aggravation. The printing is so dark it’s impossible to tell the difference between brown, grey & black. Theres no outlining parts so it’s even harder to know what goes where.
Don’t expect a Bonsai serenity now experience, instead total frustration.</span>
