<span itemprop="description">I bought this for my daughter for Christmas as her "Santa" gift. On christmas day, she was super excited unwrapping it. We opened the box to start putting it together and found that the box was half empty. The moving bus was missing, which contains all the "surprises" as well as some of the house construction pieces and the instructions. It was so disappointing, there were tears, and reassurances that she was definitely on Santa's nice list and there must have been a new elf still in training that made a mistake. This was followed by several days of trying to buy a replacement item, as toys r us (and many other retailers) were out of stock. Advice: if you buying this as a gift, open it first and make sure the contents are all there, before wrapping it up.</span>

This product is made from pressboard for the structure and slight plastics for accessories.I expect more value for money.</span>

It has little swimming pools, a toilet that makes a flushing sound, a light, a disco ball and elevator... You have to assemble it which took me a little while .... dare I say 1 hour ?! Not sure ... Anyway it’s way more quality than I thought it would be. (Heavy wood) It makes a great addition to her bedroom. It has a hint of Art Deco Miami Beach in its looks.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I bought this yesterday for my daughter's 8th birthday. This is a pricey item compared with doll houses I purchased in the past,. I understand brand value, but I would also expect the quality to be higher if the price is such. Not so in this case. One of the foundation pieces at the back, 'V' had the decal applied upside down. It is not really noticeable at the back, but my daughter insisted it be placed correctly. I should have returned it at this point, but didn't have the heart to disappoint her. So I did a little reno with my drill and fixed it. There are a couple other things that are poorly designed - the "for sale" sign and some of the little plastic pieces like the food tray and the stairs don't really snap together well.
Honestly, my child loves the overall design, but I don't think the value for money is there in terms of overall quality.</span>

It took my 8 year old and I almost 2 hours to put this together. The instructions were ok but could have been better like with sides. I had to take one part of the elevator off and flip it after I screwed it in because I put it upside down and didnt realize at first. Wasnt too hard but time consuming for one adult. There was only one issue we had with the actual doll house parts. On the top floor where the plastic balcony wall goes, the clear peice, there were dots for it but it was not drilled into the floor. So you knew where it went but it wouldn't go in. When my husband got home I had him drill those three holes so it would hold the wall peice. Other then that no issues with putting it together and it is very sturdy so far. It is wood type material so should last a good long time. Now for the accessories that go in the house. My daughter loves lol surprise so this amount of "surprises" made her month! Cute little moving boxes. Lots of furniture and accessories for the house. A few light up and spins peices. She of course added more. And I'm sure will add even more later. The moving truck and the realtor sign are cardboard and not going to last but those were the only accessories that were lower quality. Overall awesome doll house for lol surprise lovers. Or just doll house in general. Lots of other toys and accessories will fit and play well with this.</span>

The directions are easy to follow and it took over an hour to assemble. There are a lot of great features with the doll house. There are lights that light up and the toilet makes flushing sounds. Once assembled, the house stands over 3 feet high and is very sturdy. I also like that I can mount it to keep it from falling on my daughter. Great doll house and also like that she can store all of her surprises in one place.</span>

I love that it is made of real wood and not flimsy plastic. The designs and colors are cute. My girls loved the working lights and elevator. We just wish it had come with an actual toy truck instead of a cardboard one and that it had more furniture to fill the dollhouse. But all in all it’s a great quality toy and my kids love it! Any LOL Surprise fan would love having this dollhouse for all their Big and Little Sisters.</span>

I love that it can have water in both the pool and hot tub. The sandbox is great with a lid so it doesnt spill as you pull the section its in, in and out. All the little pieces are so cute, as well as the deco on the walls and floors. The only thing I wasnt impressed with was that it said light up so I figured it would have lights with batteries, but just a little lamp and the bathtub lights up. So It has to be near a light source or its dark inside. Its huge as far as doll houses go. We need lots more furniture though for all the sisters and little sisters to have beds.</span>
