<span itemprop="description">LITERALLY broke after the first use. Looking at the other reviews its pretty clear this is an ongoing problem with all of these units. I'm very disappointed with this product. I don't know what can be done to fix this part, it is built into the base. My son's big gift was a big failure thanks to this poorly made product. You would think a part designed to launch cars would have some durability. I don't expect this to last for years, but never dreamed it would break the first time. I'll be honest, I don't want a simple replacement if its just going to happen again and again. Please let me know what you will do to make this right.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I put this together overnight, and my son was estatic when he saw it. This was the only gift he asked for for Christmas, so of course it made his day. He woke up at 8:00am and by 10:30am, one of the pieces that’s NECESSARY to propel the cars once you pull the lever has already gotten stuck and eventually broke off. He was so upset and was feeling really bummed. I cannot believe this thing broke so soon after playing with it only a few times. Is there any way to replace that piece? If not, I want a refund. I didn’t spend all of that money for a racing toy if the toys can’t race because the main peice that facilitate’s the funnest part of the toy broke within the first 2 hours. Gosh, its not like that was the only thing he played with either. He definitely played with several other toys during that time. I’m so upset.</span>

The plastic is so weak. How can we replace it? Is there a metal part to replace it. Please help, 90 Bucks for a toy and it is broken in the first use. Not good at all.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Just have to say this is superb, it is BIG and fun, with 2 lifts, and variety of lights/noises, plus tracks it really is so much fun, loads of room to park all your awesome hot wheels vehicles plus you can race and even hide!
Our 6 year old absolutely loves it and as parents we do too! It comes with some vehicles and a helicopter that can transport cars, the only thing you do need is batteries to set up the sounds and lights.
This is a really great playset with lots to use imagination in play and big enough for more than 1 to play at a time too, its great that you can also attach and use all your other hot wheels toys and accessories to really fill the lounge for even more ultimate racing and play!
Love racing all our vehicles to see which is fastest down the track from the top of the garage.
Anyway a big thumbs up from here age 5-99 and we all totally recommend the hot wheels ultimate garage it really is ULTIMATE x</span>
