<span itemprop="description">We received the Graco Pack 'n Play as a baby shower gift. Upon opening the box I found out that the bassinet was damaged. About 6 inches of stitching that held the bassinet to the side bracket was undone. I have unsuccessfully not been able to get into contact with Graco. I have called 1-800-345-4109 to which no one answers the phone for hours. In addition, I have sent messages through the company website, it is now over 3 weeks and still no one from Graco has reached out to me.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I purchased the Pack N Play On The Go for my newborn baby. I liked that it came with a top bassinet that is so easy to simply attach! The bassinet was very handy. The weight limit is 15 pounds, so we used it for about 3 months. Now that my baby is 8 months, we use the Pack N Play for outings or play time. We recently took it on a fishing trip, so easy to transport and set up, I promise. My baby loved it! Definitely recommended for both play time and sleep.</span>

But the one we purchased (stratus) is missing a feature: The ability to fold the unit WITH the bassinet netting still attached. Every online video I can find of this has a hole in the center for convenient folding, but mine is straight mesh. With how often we visit local family, folding it down is a pain.
Otherwise, It's worked exactly as advertised.</span>

<span itemprop="description">My baby hates it. Its not as comfortable. My baby totally gets it as soon as he is shifted to it. If i am at all successful to trick my baby in to this cot. One movement the whole playyard moves and shakes and he gets it the based is not too steady. Its like u sleep on a bed and it makes noisy, moves, shakey. My baby sleeps better on the strollwe,baby carrier even car seat or a mattress on floor. We just moved to US and thought it would be a great option. And furthermore even if it was meant to be a playyard. It DISAPPOINTED us badly as baby moves and whole cot moves and shakes..how can a baby feel comfortable and enjoy play in it is beyond me. Wish i could return it to the company .i have always been a fan of graco. But this one is a total pass for me even for my future kids.</span>

We can't use this one though because the mattress doesn't lie flat. It has a big bubble in the cover that tents upward in the middle. It causes a 3 or 4in gap between the mattress and the side of the play pen. I waited to write this review because I thought it settle down and lay flat eventually but it hasn't.</span>

When it came out of the box to set up, the mattress was bubbled up and tented but I assumed it was just from shipping and it would flatten out after a while. I held off on writing the review, but our daughter is three months old now and she can't sleep on it. Crib sheets won't stay tight and lay flat. If she rolls over she could get pinned up against the mountain in the middle of the bed, or, if she rolls to the side, she can get stuck in the 4 inch gap between the end of the mattress and the wall of the Pack'n Play. Its a hazard. Its a shame, I loved the one I bought for my son almost three years ago and we love our Graco carseats.</span>

Sitting on the floor playing with grand baby when I noticed a small white plastic piece just inches away from baby’s grasp. It was one of two plastic feet pieces that fit in bottom of frame. I looked around and found the 2nd one also loose on the ground. Slightly smaller in circumference than a nickel and about 1 inch long. I CANNOT BELIEVE Graco would include such pieces in anything. The playard has only been used half a dozen times and otherwise in perfect shape. DO NOT BUY</span>

<span itemprop="description">I researched many lines of playards until choosing the Graco - Pack 'n Play "On the Go" (Roan collection), and am very satisfied with the choice. What I like about the product is the simplicity, small footprint it takes up, it can be rolled around a room, that it easily folds down when not in use, and the plain design of the model. Some of the other choices were too gender-specific and had patterns that would not blend with my home's more modern décor. More importantly, the baby loves playing in the playard and I feel confident that the baby is in a safe product.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I needed something at my house for my newest grandchild to sleep in when the family visited. After checking out used items at thrift and consignment shops I realized I could buy a new pack'n play with bassinet for not too much more. I feel this is an excellent value for the versatility it provides. I never erected a playard before and was really pleased with how easy it is to set up and fold away. When the baby is here she has a safe place to sleep and when she's gone home I fold the whole thing up and stick it in the closet - couldn't ask for more!</span>

<span itemprop="description">Living in a two story home with the nursery on the 2nd floor we needed something for our baby to rest in that could double as a changing table and honestly fit in with the look and decor of our home. The Pack n' Play On the ago was our solution and it has been absolutely perfect for us. We chose the black and light blue colors and it's compact size fits in just right. The vinyl material of the pad wipes clean and can take a good scrubbing, when needed. The adjustable mobile has been great in keeping our baby occupied and entertained. We are extremely happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone.</span>
