It is perfect for after birth. This will be my second labor and am happy to have such high quality products on hand. I'm most excited about the upside down peri bottle and the ice packs. But the socks are so soft and gentle on feet. The underwear and robe do not fit me since I'm plus sized and that is a Con but its the only con I have with this set.
