The lights with the water are beautiful and bright so it can be used as a nightlight or just mood lighting when you're looking to relax. Because the lid doesn't securely close or lock I wouldn't leave it in a child's room for fear of them knocking it over.</span>

<span itemprop="description">[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this is a cute idea for kids to learn about jellyfish and watch them swim around in different colored water which is optional to choose what setting you want on the remote control that comes with it. A helpful sidenote - the instructions said that it was optional to use dish soap, but I noticed the jellyfish did not start moving more until I did put soap in it. As an adult, I find watching them swim around to be very relaxing and help with stressful times. There is also a sleep timer you can push so it'll go off within 30 minutes. I do recommend this toy for kids and adults.</span>

The jellyfish lock real and the colors on the three of them are vibrant. The lighting in the tank are beautiful and the remote makes it simple to change the settings. What I dislike is the buzzing noise it makes. It is loud to me and can get a little annoying when I am relaxing after a losing battle with two of the toughest toddlers I know. It also needs a lock for the lid. We have put it on the highest areas in our home and these two Houdini's levitate and make a mess with the water. I would recommend if you do not have toddlers that have super powers and do not listen.</span>

Setting it up was pretty easy and the instructions are really simple. For this aquarium, I used and distilled water, follow the instructions as directed and I think the jellyfish and will sink in about 24 hours as stated on the directions. So far so good as far as the motor working inside and the remote works really well. The colors are vibrant and the jellyfish are really cool looking. I think once they settle into the tank, it will look really spectacular. This tank may replace my children salt lamp at night as a nightlight. I think they’ll enjoy watching the jellyfish swim around until they fall asleep. Thank you once again, Influenster for a very cool gift for my little boys.</span>

Pros: This is an awesome way to add a water/aquarium element for your kid without having the mess and maintenance of a fish tank or the hassle of dealing with dead fish. Set up was quick and easy, and it was working well (jellyfish moving) within an hour. Comes with a remote so you can change to a multitude of colors and turn on/off without having to physically walk it. It is also cute to just have on and adds calmness to a room, and from afar the jellyfish really do look real!
Cons: The box mentions that this is a STEM item, so it would be nice if there were some educational material/QR code added on Jellyfish. Also, it would be nice to have this as a nightlight in my kids room and while it does have a timer function, setting the timer isn’t intuitive (have to hold down the power button on the toy itself for 2 seconds). It would have been much better to add this functionality to the remote. Also the timer only keeps the toy on for 30 minutes, and I’d like to have more options.
Overall, this is a super cute toy that my son loves! It is aesthetically pleasing, and I could easily see us picking and purchasing it on our own.</span>

It comes with Jelly fish that float around in the water while the lights can change from color to color! I like how it comes with a remote for the ease of pushing a button to change the color mode. It lights up a dark room just enough for my daughter to sleep with it on all night. It's fun to watch the jelly fish move around. I made sure to put it on a sturdy table top. If it had tipped over the lid would come right off. So put it in a safe spot with that in mind. We have enjoyed this Discovery Jellyfish Lamp!</span>

You fill the aquarium with water and add a few drops of dish soap. Then you wash and rinse the 3 jellyfish and add them into the aquarium upside down. Then plug in and you can change the colors and they float around making them seam lively. It's a great sensory toy. Easy for children to put together and build. I recommend giving a try especially if you have curious kids who qould love building their own night light. ✨️</span>

So this comes with a charger cord and a place for batteries if you choose not to use the power cord that comes with it. You just fill the tank up and drop the Jellyfish in and it takes about 24 hrs for them to settle in the middle of the tank . They stay afloat and don't settle on the bottom which is super cool. 12 different nodes and colors! I think this is for all ages cause I love it!</span>
