She's named her Buns buns . Firstly my daughter mixed the sachets that's was provided and added a few drops of water. She then moulded the dough into the little shaper and she loved the little spoon spatular with the cute paw prints on the other end which has little paw prints on the other end. Which she then put her paw prints on the dough before putting it into the oven. She turned the dial which then the oven made a ticking noise and my daughter was squealing with delight from excitement. It was ready DING ! She opened the oven and to her amazement she couldn't believe what her little eyes where seeing a Plush. An actual Plush. I told her to get it out and she did ooh mum it's soo lovley and warm and then she automatically smelt it awwwww mam its smells sooo good! What an utter delight and Suprise she had actually gotten BARKY BUN . The could not believe that the dough they had put into the mould and then placed in the oven had &lsquo;baked&rsquo; and turned into a plushie that interacted with them! It was warm and had a lovely cinnamon scent and also made cute noises when they snuggled it. They then spent the rest of the day playing with the plush and &lsquo;baking&rsquo; in the oven. The oven is great in that it ticks and the bell rings when the &lsquo;bake&rsquo; is ready! Now, from a grown ups point of view, I think it is a very expensive item for what is basically a plush! The huge downside that I have with this item is that you cannot buy the plushies and the dough separately, which would make huge sense to me to be able to do so and would have prevented the huge amount of tears that we had later in the day when the girls wanted to show their Dad the magic!! They put the dough into the mould, put it back in the oven (which I had previously reset, along with the plush) and they were then absolutely devastated that they still only had one plush, despite having made one earlier in the day! They just couldn&rsquo;t understand where the first plush had gone and why they didn&rsquo;t have two, because they had &lsquo;baked&rsquo; two!! That&rsquo;s why being able to buy the plushies separately would be a total life saver - I could have reset the oven with a different plush and the magic would not have been ruined and we wouldn&rsquo;t have had tears and upset! Children can mix and mould a new friend using the packets and mould provided and then await for the magic to happen. The magic being a new warm and sweet smelling friend. The reactions of where their new friend appeared from is pretty cool and you can almost see the imagination and wonder spark in their eyes. Seriously tho, over all this is a great toy with unlimited &lsquo;bakes&rsquo; (you just reset the oven and stick your buddy back in) each time he&rsquo;ll be warm and ready to meet his new playmate.
