She likes the baby and the items better than the Barbie doll, especially how you can get the baby's face to look messy when you feed her. The only drawback is that the high chair tray is hard for her to put on and have it stay in place. It's a fun set and she really enjoys it.</span>

My daughter loves getting the baby ready to eat, setting up the high chair and pouring the food. It keeps her busy. My son loves setting up the crib and putting the baby to bed. So far both kids focus more on the baby than the "mother" barbie but my daughter does like getting barbie dressed/undressed. The babies diaper is very difficult to work with and doesn't really seem to latch on once you do get it on the baby. This is frustrating for my daughter (and for me). We have resolved it with a little tape but it would be nice if the hook and loop closure actually worked.</span>
