They are like a travel sized rock um sock um robots that are easy to carry around in a bag to take on the road. My kids (2, 3,5 and 10) all sat for a good while and took turns fighting each other so I got a little break, which was a big win in my book. they do have small parts so make sure the kids are always supervised. I gave it to my 8 year old daughter &amp; 15 year old son. My son thinks it&rsquo;s a little difficult for a small child to put together for age limit they have it bracketed for. My daughter complained the head piece kept falling off. It has to be placed on a hard and steady surface to work properly. They both agree that it&rsquo;s a cool toy but you can lose interest quickly and then it becomes another toy laying around. We don&rsquo;t watch the show, so maybe that was part of it, but my kids played for an hour and then lost interest. Whoever lost basically split in half. He watches a lot of toy reviews and things like that on YouTube and said he had saw several people with them before. The day we received the box, he came home from school and immdiately played with them for several hours. They remind me of an updated version of &quot;Rock Em Sock Em&quot; Robots. The only issue I found while we were playing is the characters are little flimsy and fall apart. He was able to quickly piece them back together. It was small and only one came in a package the other set was put in a plastic bag. I gave it to my kids to play with and they absolutely love it. I looked online to see if its just the figurines and the gadget they attach to and its got a whole set up and a lot more to add to them plus they are decently priced. I honestly wasn't sure my son would like it because he just turned 12, but believe it or not, he wanted to play with them as soon as it arrived. My son and I had fun battling it out! We were able to keep track of how many battles were won by each person by moving the little slider on the side that goes up to 10. My son enjoyed them so much that he threw them in his backpack to take to school, so he could enjoy more battles.
