We tested the batteries thinking maybe they were bad, but it said they were full. I'm not sure what the problem was but we were really bummed that it didn't work. Even my 2 year old was able to drive it and couldn't get enough. I love the idea that it has foam tires which helps prevent marks on the floors and walls. The popping function, forcing the car in the air was a sweet surprise and a feature both my daughter and son kept using. I did notice the car charge didn't last as long as I expected and we had to charge it a few times throughout the day. I also kinda wish the controller was charged instead of battery operated.
