Both my children had a blast driving it around having the car do flips and turns jumping off of our furniture. The runtime lasted about 20 to 30 minutes which I thought was pretty good for an electric car and the charge time was about the same which I thought was fair. The kids had so much fun they waited by the charger until it was ready to go again. The only downfall to this is that it was quite noisy especially if anyone's children are like mine and enjoy watching it spin in circles. Love that this car came with some foam like tires, I really do find that it helps with the impact when it does go flying off of things. It is a fun way to spend the time and has wheels that are cushioned which helps to avoid injury. For what it is, it is a little expensive, but if you have a kid who loves trucks or cars this would be a great gift! I really enjoyed that the truck is rechargeable, but you will need batteries for the controller. They are quick and immediate. The car itself is lightweight and the tires are not rubber, they are made of some sort of unbreakable foam material. It seems like a very basic r/c car until you actually start playing around with it. It flips over, on it's side and any which way possible. It's a very nifty lil fast car! My kid loved playing with it but I am pretty sure I enjoyed it much more. Once you've got a handle on the controls - it doesn't take long at all, the car can do so many cool tricks! The name does do justice to it as it does get into a frenzy once you start playing with it. This is so light weight with soft foam tires making it a great RC to play around the house, no worries about walls and furniture (or a parents shin.) My 8 year old had no problem with the controls and had it doing loops and flips around the living room. If you dont have the space indoors it also easily navigated across the back lawn.
