It really looks like a real horse with the detail and the soft hair. I am truly impressed with the quality and design of this horse. This horse is well made and has provided hours of entertainment for my daughter. I love how she really uses her imagination while playing with this horse. The horse is about 8 inches and fits her barbies perfect. I appreciate that the head moves because this allows more creative play. Very basic horse toy. My little one tried to put a doll on it to pretend but couldn't get it to say on The horse head is movable but only up and down.
