He loves cars and legos, so this was a perfect fit. The car took about 2 hours for him to build. The pieces live up to the excellent Lego quality. The instructions were easy to follow. He also is really big into vehicle toys as well as building block toys. He was easily able to follow the instruction book that came with it and build the car on his own. Once it's fully built, it does roll with ease. He is able to play with it but any rough play does make it come undone but for the most part the blocks stay together. My 5 year old couldn&rsquo;t put it together by himself. The pieces were a little bit harder to put together than Legos, but the sucker with stands anything! The build didn&rsquo;t seem any more difficult than other build sets. Not having to place decals on the car was a plus. I did notice certain steps were taken out of the build. I don&rsquo;t feel that this affects the build. Overall it was an enjoyable build and proved to be no more difficult than comparable building sets. The young man doing the build needed little to no assistance and said it was a lot of fun. I highly recommend this line of products.
