I&rsquo;ve had to drag this toy home on every walk. I will not even be a few minutes into my walk when this item will just turn off and won&rsquo;t start. I will try it again while I&rsquo;m dragging it home and then it will start. Then it will do the same thing again. I have made sure the item is fully charger before I go for a walk and have tried changing the batteries in the remote several times. I have tried to contact toys r us and they have stated I need to contact the manufacturer. I bought this item one month ago. I tried to contact the manufacturer only to get a voice mail to leave my name and phone number. No one has called me back. Very frustrating as this item is over 500 dollars and it is brand new.
