Particularly that there was a &ldquo;harness&rdquo; to keep her sitting on the horse. She also enjoyed he movable joints and that she could make her hold the reins. Her only complaint was the horse didn&rsquo;t have a saddle bag to keep the small apples that were included. My daughters absolutely love Abigail &amp; Boomerang from the hit Netflix show, Spirit. The doll is cute. Pose-able and able to ride on Abigail. Very fun for my 5 year olds. We have a different Spirit horses from several series. It's nice that the toys are all interchangeable. They're having a lot of creative fun and using their imagination. Both of my girls (9 and 5) really enjoyed playing with it. The pony was carried around for quite a while, so it held their interest. I love all of the Spirit toys. The dolls hair kinda gets tangled a bit, if its not brushed frequently. My daughter was so excited to open this and couldn't wait to set off on an adventure with her horse. It comes with the cutest accessories, including these adorable little apples that your child can feed to the horse. Absolutely one of my daughter's favorite things to do with this toy! Everything about it, from the colors to the hair and to the accessories, is so much fun! It held my daughter's interest for hours and she had so much fun bringing all of her other Barbies to her horse party with Chelsea. It's small enough that it can come in the car to occupy those long rides, and just big enough that it won't get lost. My daughter absolutely loves jumping with her new horse, and the fact that the doll sits atop in a holster, makes imaginary play that much more fun and realistic. She plays with the horse way more than the doll, but I always encourage her to play with both and I sit the doll on top. I love that the horse has a clear hook that holds the doll up. That&rsquo;s a great feature because you don&rsquo;t have to worry about the doll always falling off. The set is adorable. It brings apples to feed the horse and a brush, which we use for both the doll and horse. She was so excited when she opened this set. The Abigail doll and Boomerang horse are both well made and solid. I expect these will have a long life span in my house full of rough kids. She incorporates both the doll and horse into a variety of different imaginative games. My daughter enjoyed playing with the horse and the girl rider - and she likes that these dolls have flexible-bendable legs for riding on the horse. She tried to take off the outfit only to realize that it is not a changeable outfit (unlike other dolls) but that wasn't a major negative.
